Title Coordinator Job

TITLE COORDINATOR needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in SANTA ANA, CA.

WHAT THE TITLE COORDINATOR WILL BE DOING (RESPONSIBILITIES):

- Facilitate resolution for breaks in the assignment chain of title on a project with a national mortgage services.
- Research and determine lender contacts and coordinate with the prior lender for the delivery, execution and return of the documents needed to resolve break in the assignment chain.
- Responsibilities include obtaining correct entity for document preparation, contact information for document delivery and follow up with the prior lenders for status of execution and return documents in order to resolve assignment defects.
- Responsible for the research and resolution of break in assignment chain
- Contact prior lenders to coordinate execution on new assignment to resolve break in assignment chain.
- Follow up with lenders on status of documents.

WHAT THE TITLE COORDINATOR NEEDS TO BRING TO THE TABLE (QUALIFICATIONS):

- TITLE/ESCROW BACKGROUND PREFERRED
- MUST BE ABLE TO ANALYZE AND INTERPRET TITLE REPORTS
- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi task prioritize and follow up
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in time management.
- Able to thrive on working in a fast paced environment, prefer managing multiple priorities within a high-energy,
- Collaborative, fast moving environment
- STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS INCLUDING ALL APPLICATIONS IN MICROSOFT OFFICEKEYWORDS
- Education: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
