Proteus Europe is searching for a Timetracking Project Leader for a 4 Month+ contract role based in Wavre, Belgium.

Our client is an international consultancy with a reputation for delivering on projects with their consultancy customers. You will join and be part of their team to ensure this current project is a complete success.

Your New role:-

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
The Timetracking project leader, will join the Resource Management and Cost Benchmarking team and be in charge:
- to lead the definition of the timetracking vision and roadmap for RandD, taking into account the needs of different platforms.

The roadmap should covered end-to-end process, data, systems and the increase of accuracy of effort reported by end-users
- to lead and coordinate the implementation of the roadmap

THE CONTEXT
The resource and cost benchmarking management team within GSK Vaccines RandD has for ambition to:
- Predict and anticipate capacity bottlenecks across RandD organisation
- Secure focus of people on RandD major priorities
- Ease preparation and monitoring of Portfolio/Project/Platfrom budget
- Provide effort and cost benchmarking and insights of data to RandD upper management while ensuring business operations and maintenance and upgrade of our processes and systems

The team is in charge of below processes and systems
- Planning of resources (effort and cost)
- Time Tracking
- Portfolio/Project/Platfrom budget preparation
- Benchmarking

In order to deploy these processes in RandD, a complete rethinking of our processes, data and systems is required, as well as the integration of our SAP solutions with Planisware.
Planisware is an advanced multi-project and multi-user project management tool. It enables the management of the entire product life cycle process from the initial idea to the release of a product. (Manage project plan, scope andschedule). The tool will also be used to do capacity management across the entire RandD organization and to establish project/portfolio budget
SAP PS Radar enables the management of the non-clinical External Project Expenditure (EPE) life cycle process (creation of activity, allocation of EPE). It contains the inventory of activities for our timetracking process
SAP CATS enables the management of our time recording from entire RandD population
SAP PS Eclipse enables the management of the clinical External Project Expenditure (EPE) life cycle process
SAP eSBB (electronic Study Budget Breakdown) enables the forecasting of clinical fees per local operating company, the estimation of inter-company fair market value, the creation of contract and is as well our clinical fees benchmarking tool

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Timetracking Project Leader must be very well organized and able to manage time-sensitive, multi-domain projects.
The Timetracking Project Lead is responsible for managing project timelines, resources, quality and risk; including,

Project tracking:
- Milestone planning and reporting
- Ensure adherence to predetermined schedule and scope
- Status reporting
- Change requests
- Basic project administration activities
- Perform risk management

Your Skills and experience:-

Your timetracking background in conjunction with robust client interfacing experience help you work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.

The timetracking Project Leader will report to the head of process and system within the resource management and cost benchmarking group
