IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Work out well-defined and properly sequenced schedules for site activities on the basis of the overall time schedule
-Maintenance of the site schedule
-Establish the actual achieved progress of site works together with the respective supervisors
-Monitoring of the critical path by continious comparison of actual and planned progress
-Inform the Site Management of foreseeable deviations from the schedule and their effects
-Work out counter-measures for the correction of schedule deviations in consultation of the site manager, supervisors and contractors
-Close co-operation with the project management (lead scheduler, project manager, claim manger)
-Preparation of reports with regard to the time schedule and progress of work
-Documentation of schedule changes and recording the reasons for these changes
-Prepare and perform schedule meetings on site
-Work out standard procedures for schedule management on site

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Ideally high school graduate in engineering or experienced technician
-Work experience in time scheduling for large-scale projects
-Building site experience requested
-Profound knowledge in MS Project inalienable, Primavera desired
-Confident handling of Office Software
-English language business fluent
-Willingness to travel worldwide
-High capability to co-ordinate
-Assertiveness, ability to work in a multinational team, flexibility
-Destinctive communication skills
-Autonomous, exact and systematic method of working
