Tier II Network Vision Core Support

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TIER 2 SURVEILLANCE TECHNICIAN (TIER II NETWORK VISION CORE SUPPORT) to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide training to one engineer/technology shift in support of overall Network Vision.
- Tier II tech support for NOC.
- Support Lucent and Motorola Switches.
- Support Microwave deployment in VISION network.
- Will serve as Tier II Support between NOC and NTAC
- Working cross departmentally to ensure that outages are properly reported and resolved.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five to seven (5 - 7) years Tier 2 Surveillance experience.
- Strong understanding of Lucent and Motorola Switches.
- Excellent Communications skills.
- Must be able to learn quickly and manage changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
