Projektbeschreibung

The Support Engineer/Tier 3 Support Analyst/3rd Line Support/System Administrator/will be working with the latest Microsoft technologies, managing upgrades of existing applications along with troble shooting, implementing, and administration of SQL Server 2005/2008. The System Administrator/Support Engineer/Tier 3 Support Analyst/3rd Line Support should have excellent understanding of performance tuning and SAN storage. The engineer will have good technical Microsoft experience 2003/2008 Server, Networking, Command Line Scripting knowledge. The 3rd Line Support/Support Engineer/Tier 3 Support Analyst/will be conducting SharePoint administration working in a teexisting team on a rota basis between the hours of 2pm - 11pm. The Support Engineer/Tier 3 Support Analyst/3rd Line Support/System Administrator will have the ability to work indipendently within esablished procedures and processes and be able to track and prioritize bugs and application enhancements reported by users and team members.
