Tier 1 Investment Bank seek Risk Data Analyst - London My client is dramatically increasing their Risk Coverage across the department; establishing a team of elite risk management professionals to drive the bank forward. This is a high-visibility role in a critical business unit where you will liaise with different stakeholders to understand and remedy anomalous or problematic data (in excess of 2million records daily). You will demonstrate your strong technical database skills and will be a key member of the team. Your day to day role will involve: * Upgrading systems and the general control environment. * Analysing large data sets from the traded environment. * Interfacing with Risk Managers, Developers and IT BA's to explain new data requirements and improve the quality of the feeds. Candidate requirement: * Strong Risk Management expertise * High level technical skills SQL / TSQL essential. * Previous working experience in Financial Services/Investment Banking * Numerate Degree level education from top university (post-graduate preferred) * Must have right to work in the UK as unfortunately our client cannot sponsor.
