TIER 1 HELPDESK SUPPORT PLANO, TX 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Currently we're looking for a candidate who is computer literate and has completed at least a high school level of education. The successful person will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As the first level of Tech Support, this position will open IT tickets by establishing contact with the end user and documenting the issue. The ticket will then be routed to the appropriate level of support for resolution. Focus for this position will be prioritization.
