The Role
WORKING AS A BUSINESS ANALYST/SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR MANAGING A TICKET OF WORKS SYSTEM FOR A MAJOR TELCO!

- Managing the updates, enhancements and issues an a Telco ticketing system.
- Refining processes in the ticketing system.
- Refine System Processes.
- Gather information from data and users to improve productivity.
- Managing stakeholders.
- Make sure the quality is there for the different parts of the build from design to administration to build.
- Refine the system for in ports and exports.
- Rectify Data issues.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Will consider a Business Analyst with some experience of enhancing ticketing systems as part of their role. Would also suit a help desk team leader/helpdesk manager who has the responsibility of administering their teams Ticket of works/fault alarm system.
- Telecommunications background.
- Desirable if you have exposure to Spatialnet.
