Tibco Testers x2

We have an immediate requirement for 2x Tibco Test Analysts.

Some of the core responsibilities would include:

- Understand and digest the business and IT requirements for the TIBCO stack
- Understand and digest the high level architecture
- Understand the Software Architecture Document that describes the application's components and their interfaces within and outside of the software system, including clear specifications of functional and non-functional requirements for the solution
- Basic Concepts of EAI, SOA,SOAP, ESB, TIBCO BW and EMS
- Testing of services so that they meet the expected behaviour in terms of performance, service levels etc.
- Able to write test script using GreenHat Tester and SOAP UI
- Execute the test scripts and produce a test report
- Track the defect throughout its life cycle and bring them to closure
- Able to write Test Approach, Test Plan and Test Strategy documents
- Providing support to various teams in terms of testing and maintenance of test environments
- Construct and assess architectural proof-of-concepts in ESB Testing tools
- Hands on development, testing and deployment experience    

COMPETENCIES

- Client interfacing and communication skills; effective communication across the board
- Writing Test artefacts like Test Plan, Test Strategy and Test Approach
- Scripting with Greenhat and/or SOAP UI
- Effort estimation in the testing work
- Preparing Test Report
- Communicate with offshore team for the design/development/delivery activities
- Support Integration testing & UAT.
- Provide status and progress updates to the Technical Manager and the Program manager
- Communicate with onshore/offshore designers for the requirement/design related queries  

Knowledge on one or more of the technologies outlined below:

- Greenhat Tester
- Rational Integration Tester
- SOAP UI

In addition, knowledge of the following products is preferred

- TIBCO BusinessWorks
- TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid

TIBCO Enterprise Messaging Service (EMS)
