Tibco Tech Lead/Consultant

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TIBCO TECH LEAD/CONSULTANT FOR ONE OF OUR ESTEEMED CLIENT.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Experience in TIBCO Designer 5.7, Experience in TIBCO AMX, Experience in TIBCO BW.
- Experience in handling AMX deployment framework, Experience in TIBCO EMS, Hands on knowledge on SOAP/XSLT/WSDL.
- Experience in servicing, design and development, Change control, Deployment planning and post deployment maintenance.
- Should be able to design TIBCO end to end solution independently. 
- Development/Design experience of EAI applications. 
- Should be able to do functional and non functional design using an TIBCO product. 
- Additionally also should be able to do design reviews and suggest design improve. 
- Should have experience in testing methodologies for TIBCO product. 
- Should have an understanding of SOA and should have implemented web services based solutions. 
- Should have an understanding of implementing TIBCO solutions using more than one product.
- Performing requirement collection, design review and architecting ESB and messaging applications.
- Proficient in SOA and Webservice.
- Capable of suggesting best practice and alternate solutions for the applications. 
- Capable of tuning the application for better performance and scalability.
