TIBCO Spotfire Consultant - Start ASAP - Belgium 

Job description
Due to the platform removal of the Cognos BI solution by year end 2018, the E2E-CV application needs to switch to another visualization tool (Spotfire).
The current set of end-user reports need to be implemented in Spotfire, making use of Spotfire's advanced capabilities.
This project will take 60 workdays and we are looking for a contractor 3 days/week for a total of 60 days.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities

- Participate in the design, development, integration and testing of new applications or functionality enhancements
- Participate in a weekly status and project meeting with the Project Lead/Manager - Provide user support on these applications to internal clients
- Uploading new content to applications
- Change request support and administration - Service request support and administration - Application maintenance activities Non-Technical profile requirements
- Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter - Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred

- Additional certification is a plus

Language proficiencies

- English spoken and written
- Dutch is a plus

THIS IS A SHORT PROJECT OF 60 DAYS OVER 6 MONTHS AND 3 DAYS A WEEK
