Tibco Operations Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Tibco Operations Engineer for a DevOps team. Knowledge of and experience with Agile/Scrum Experience with coaching and supervision of employees is sought after.

Extensive knowledge and experience with Tibco (AMX, Hawk, Administrator) but also if possible as developer as well (BW, iProcess etc).

LANGUAGES: Dutch and English spoken and written .

CONTENT DESCRIPTION:

Working within a Dev Ops team in which the Scrum methodology and Continuous Delivery Engineering Practices are used as a new method for the design, construction, testing and commissioning of production applications. The process of taking in management, managing and ultimately decommissioning applications is also part of the job responsibilities. This particular team makes the changeover of Opalis to Tibco, this means that there is leadership expected of the candidate in the design and deployment of Tibco.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the robustness of the software, the continuity, LCM and resolve incidents. The software is mainly focused on using SOA architecture unlocking services that customer information is stored and maintained. Knowledge of banking customer processes is a big plus. eg budget and management of staff.

TASKS: These are primarily administrative (functional/applicative), monitoring and performance testing.

1. Preparing deployment

2. Setting Variables for project deployment

3. Determine capacity based on location of deployment

4. Perform deployment and launch service (A&P)

5. Queue and create/manage

6. Verification of deployment/queue ' s/consumers/logfiles

7. Run sanity checks on new service (way To be determined)

8. Active and passive monitoring of services

9. Create HAWK rules/test/deploy on 10 products. Smoke testing setup (GreenHat).
