TIBCO Lead Consultant

One of our leading clients is looking for a TIBCO LEAD CONSULTANT for a long-term project of 12-18 months.

SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Translate business requirements for application integration into technical solutions within TIBCO domain.
. Coordinate with business leads on execution Of multiple project tracks in area of application integration.
. Define the integration solution for A2A as well for B2B communications.
. Steer the Eindhoven and Bangalore based TIBCO developers to assure desired quality according to the business needs.
. Participate in cross-team and cross-organization meetings/workshops
. Interacts with Project Manager on project execution status, issues & risks
. Perform integration tests and support User Acceptance Tests.
. Assure integration Quality of former Legacy FSL systems into Client system, without business disruption.

The TIBCO LEAD CONSULTANT should have the following experience:
. In depth knowledge of TIBCO stack (Business Connect, RV, BW, EMS, File Adapter, DB Adapter)
. In depth knowledge of B2B and A2A communication protocols like EDIFACT, ANSI, RosettaNet, AS2, web services, SFTP, HTTP(S), Rendezvous, Java messaging service
. Network, Infrastructure, Linux and Windows knowledge
. Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills as well as to teach junior developers and explain solutions from high to low level.
. Experience to work in a multicultural environment.
. Capable to learn fast, quickly understand the application architecture and functional coverage of a new business domain.
. 5-10 years of experience in Integration and/or TIBCO integration suite

Other competencies:
. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with minimal management/supervision.
. Strong problem solving skills.
. Strong analytical skills with ability to improvise solutions.
. Preferred experience in: Oracle, SQL, XML, Linux script.
