A Tibco Consultant (BW) (RV) (BusinessConnect) (EMS) is urgently required for a long-term, lucrative contract position with a market leading client based in Eindhoven.

The Tibco Consultant (BW) (RV) (BusinessConnect) (EMS) will have skills and experience including:
* Very strong knowledge of Tibco suite including - BusinessConnect, RV, BW, EMS, File Adapter, DB Adapter
* In depth knowledge of B2B and A2A communication protocols such as web services, SFTP, HTTP(S), Rendezvous, Java messaging service
* Network, Infrastructure, Linux and Windows knowledge
* Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
* Able to teach junior developers and explain solutions from high to low level.
* Able to learn fast, quickly understand the application architecture and functional coverage of a new business domain.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with minimal management/supervision.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to improvise solutions.
* Preferred experience in: Oracle, SQL, XML, Linux script.
* English speaker, Dutch speakers preferred

The Tibco Consultant (BW) (RV) (BusinessConnect) (EMS) will be responsible for activities including:
* Translate business requirements for application integration into technical solutions within TIBCO domain.
* Coordinate with business leads on execution of multiple project tracks in area of application integration.
* Define the integration solution for A2A as well for B2B communications.
* Coordinate the development work for different project tracks according to the NXP integration architecture principles.
* Steer on shore and offshore based TIBCO developers to assure desired quality according to the business needs.
* Participate in cross-team and cross-organization meetings/workshops
* Interact with Project Manager on project execution status, issues & risks
* Perform integration tests and support User Acceptance Tests.
* Assure integration Quality of former Legacy FSL systems into NXP, without business disruption.
