Tibco BW Developer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TIBCO BW DEVELOPER to join our client in Plano, TX.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the coding, testing, deployment and support of application programs.
- Meets with application business owners to refine requirements and change requests.
- Participates in new development and maintenance activities.
- Builds and maintain application programs in conjunction with the project manager, user interface designer and application business owners.
- Determine root cause analysis and modify existing programs to fix defects or enhance the application based upon user requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a related degree
- At least three to five (3 - 5) years' experience in interface development utilizing TIBCO BW, EMS and Adapters (Specifically ADB, File Adapters).
- Previous background with Service Oriented Architectures, Web Services, Servlets, Messaging Systems, Java, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Previous SQL or Oracle query experience.
- Seven to Ten (10) years' experience in application development and support.
- Knowledge of TIBCO CIM (MDM) is a plus.
- Previous experience leading other application developers through technical design, code reviews, construction, testing and maintenance.
- Previous experience with TIBCO BW, EMS, Adapters, SVN, UNIX Scripting, and Configuration Management Practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to determine root-cause analysis.
- Must be extremely detail oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to develop an effective relationship with the company's executive management as well as other coworkers while providing the very highest standards in customer service.
- Must be able to work both independently and as a part of a team with strong team building skills.
