Tibco AMX BPM Consultant - BW/Amxbpm - Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Application Integration architect would be responsible for providing cost effective solutions to complex problems addressing various integration needs. Should be able to design, lead and implement SOA & BPM Solutions using the following skills and technologies

- 10+ years of TIBCO experience with some 1-2 years. AMX BPM experience
- Strong solution design skills in Business Process Management & Enterprise Architecture Integration (EAI) using TIBCO AMX BPM 2.0
- Experience in designing and applying integration patterns to solve various business problems applying SOA principles
- Expertise in handling/processing complex XML Schemas
- Good knowledge of Integration life cycle & Methodology
- AT LEAST 1-2 YEAR OF DESIGN/IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE IN TIBCO ACTIVE MATRIX BPM PRODUCT
- Should have implementation experience in TIBCO Businessworks and EMS
- Experience in message modelling, XML, XSLT
- Develop & test SOA and BPM solutions on TIBCO Active Matrix platform
- Capability to take requirements and transform to process-centric implementation

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design complex SOA and BPM solutions using TIBCO Active Matrix BPM Suite of products

- Develop technical solutions, tactical & strategic design options using TIBCO Suite of Products
- Experience in design using UML and awareness of integration design patterns
- Understand all elements to architect, design, build, test, operate and maintain complex systems using Active Matrix BPM, iProcess and BW
- Experience with Integration Patterns and Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture
- Good knowledge of Integration life cycle & Methodology
- Experience in requirement analysis and verification
- Good team player who can work in a collaboration environment with global teams.
- Excellent communication and documenting skills in English
- Customer facing activities and able to work in a flexible and changing environment
- Able to communicate technical solutions to customers, SMEs and architects.
