Three SAP Solution Architects (Study Leaders)

Mission:
Within the IT Architecture department, you propose solutions answering the business needs of the company contributing to its evolution. You are responsible for the selection of IT solutions answering the client needs in agreement with the different units (business, development, operations, security) and you assist the related projects.You participate in strategic reflections about the enterprise IT architecture and integrate it into an international environment.

General context:
* You identify and collect the business needs, be it functional, technical or operational, by the major responsible stakeholders;
* You conceive, compare, estimate and recommend IT solutions concerning payment applications, data and infrastructure;
* You reconcile the opinions of involved parties to reach agreement on the optimal solution. You permanently search for the best trade-off between business need and cost including future evolutions;
* You guarantee the approval of your recommendations by the management and the hand-over to program/project manager and to realization teams.

Specific to the SAP context:
* Contribute to the production of detailed mapping of business processes with global solution functionalities: SAP core, SAP customizations, interfaces and third parties
* Produce non-functional requirements
* Produce functional design for SAP core and customizations
* Produce functional design for interfaces and third parties
* Define technical architecture for interfaces and third parties
* Review technical architecture of the whole solution

Profile:
* Ideally Master degree
* Fluent business English
* Experience in SAP IT projects, development or IT architecture is required
* In depth knowledge and demonstrated experience with SAP business processes, functionalities, architecture and interfaces, among others, candidate shall be familiar with SAP, including:

Functional:
* Major business flows and modules in use (+ interactions)
* Quote - contract - customer (bill-to, ship-to, etc) - sales order- installation - debriefing
* Item catalogue - price lists
* Purchase
* General Accounting
* Usage by Call Center: customer 360° view, service request management, scenario, knowledge database
* Functional Interactions between MFG - CRM - FIN modules

Technical:
* Possibility of interactions with external systems IN - OUT (ex-external system for Master customer data, for billing, IVR, with Extranet )

Integration architecture:
* SAP interfaces and integration with client's systems (web service, interface table, ) and constraints
Competences & soft skills:
* Creativity, Analytical thinking & concise reporting
* Diplomacy and consensus building
* Drive for result
* Active listening 6 month contract with a real chance of extensions.
