Three Project Managers SAP - 2 year Mission

One of our key accounts in Brussels is starting an SAP implementation; we are assisting them in looking for 3 Project Managers to start ASAP, the initial contract will be three months but the estimated duration of the mission is about 2 years, so a very good chance of extensions!

Profile:
We are looking for three experienced project managers/Senior Managers:
- Speaking, reading and writing English
- With proven working experiences in Benelux, preferably with interactions in France;
- Natural communicator and easy navigator in multi-cultural, complex
- SAP Project management experience (min 5 years)
- Generic knowledge of a wide range of corporate process and techniques incl. Budgeting, AP/AR, Activity Based costing, HR process, Resources Management and allocation, contract management, legal and compliancy constraints, supply chain mgt, Business Performance, ...
- Generic knowledge of system architecture, security (sso), software integration, Knowledge/information management...
- Background in ERP (SAP) and knowledge of Oracle Apps is a strong plus
- Acquainted with Project/program management techniques and methodologies (ie. PMP, Prince2...)
- Acquainted with Software Lifecycle Management;

Mission:
You will manage the roll-out of a new corporate ERP (SAP) solution.
The mission includes:
- Maintain a central project plan
- Plan, direct and control project activities
- Provide leadership to the project and all sub-projects
- Report project progress to the Program Director
- Develop and communicate project plans
- Execute deliverables in line with project plans
- Ensure required resources are engaged on time
- Ensure the overall quality is consistent with standards
- Manage users' expectations
- Resolve cross work-stream issues
- Maintain change control, issues and risk logs
- Coordinate data collection and data cleansing activities
