Third Line Active Directory Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Third Line Active Directory Specialist to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices in Vilnius Lithuania.
As a Third Line Active Directory Specialist you will be:
*A Subject Matter Expert on Active Directory for the large complex XenApp 6.5/AppSense
environment.
*Responsible for the Support day-to-day aspects of the AD Administration and level 3 Migration
calls of Active Directory during business hours
*Responsible for meeting the SLA and QOS level
*Responsible for Co-ordinating with other teams
*Responsible for the escalation of all pending and failed calls
*Responsible for updating the knowledge base and documentation
*Responsible for designing and planning of AD and Hyper V
*Responsible for the Migration and consolidation of Active Directory
As a Third Line Active Directory specialist you will have:
*Experience in Testing and implementing security patches released by Microsoft.
*Implementation and Maintenance Migration Windows 2000, Windows 2003 to Windows 2008
As a Third Line Active Directory specialist you will have at least 5 years of experience with the following:
*Should have played the role involving designs of Active Directory infrastructure for a large
corporate and enterprise environment
*Strong knowledge of Active Directory concepts and configuration, ie need to understand
membership in security groups, inherited groups, OU structure, etc.
*Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to support
installed applications and document configuration changes.
*Good knowledge on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 & Windows 2008 including
Active Directory.
*Excellent troubleshooting skills
*Excellent skills on windows 2003 and windows 2008 designing & planning
*Hands on experience on migration and consolidation project
*Experience on Merger and Demerger of Active Directory Environment
*Expert on migrations tools ( Ex. ADMT, Quest e.t.c)
*Good experience on Security translation
*Good understanding on reporting tools
*Good experience user training and documentation.
*Should have expertise in backup products
*Should have worked with more than one patching & antivirus tools
*Good communications Skills, Interpersonal and willingness to excel and performance oriented
*Awareness in VMware Administrator.
*Good Knowledge in Documentation for Installation, Testing, deployment and troubleshooting
Windows Servers.
*Experience in Testing and implementing security patches released by Microsoft
Applicants must have at least 8 years in IT and 5 years Active Directory experience.
