THIRD LEVEL SUPPORTER (FRONT ARENA, C#, .NET, SQL) WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT IN THE FINANCIAL SECTOR.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Substantial experience in Equity and Fixed Income products including demonstrable understanding and experience in Risk reporting and P&L analysis
- Ability to interact with Front Office and the supporting functions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both business and technical topics
- Significant understanding of test management and project experience with operations
- In depth product knowledge for EQ and FID instruments such as exchange and OTC
- Proficiency in following languages or technologies: AEF, ACM, ADFL, ASQL, Python, XSLT, VBA/VB, SQL, Shell Scripting (Windows, Unix), C#, C++, FpML
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting ongoing business with training and expert application knowledge
- Maintain existing feeds as well as Windows, Unix and Sybase Servers (Infrastructure)
- Executing Release management and Regression testing as well as backing knowledge transfer
- Running Data maintenance including Archiving and Aggregation
- Implementing Incident management and performing analysis of data outputs such as Risk and PnL
