Third Level Support - Java, SQL, Angular, Core Java wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- 5+ years' professionalism working in IT, ideally within a Financial field
- Profound skills in Java, SQL, Angular, Core Java in addition to familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, .NET
- Background in active development and bug fixing and L3 Support as well as experience in documentation and effort estimation
- Advanced problem analysis and solving skills coupled with Know-how in SQL querying
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is an advantage

YOUR TASKS:

- Being responsible for working as part of a team providing Third Level Technical and Application Support for software applications
- Working on Incidents and Service Requests along with Bug-Fixing Activities and Problem Management
- Building relationships with stakeholders from relevant areas to provide high level of service
- Contributing to major incidents to ensure that impact are appropriately escalated and resolved
- Driving improvements across software applications including monitoring and automation
