THIRD LEVEL SUPPORT - ANALYTIC SERVER, SQL SERVER, CUBES, SSIS, ASP.NET/VB.NET WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT IN THE IT SECTOR.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University Degree in a relevant area
- Expertise in a similar position, preferably in an international financial environment
- Strong practical know-how in Analytic server, SQL server, Cubes and SSIS
- Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET/VB.NET
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN, GERMAN IS A PLUS
YOUR TASKS:
- Being responsible for the general administrative, technical and professional support
- Providing 3rd level support
- Supporting the team in incident analysis and defect fixing
- Maintaining database application in an analytics environment along with efficient troubleshooting in collaboration with technicians of different teams
