Third Level Support

Third Level Support wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Several years' experience as Third Level Supporter
- Expertise in at least some of the following technologies: .net C#, Perl, Java,VB.NET, Business Objects, EMS, MQ
- Generall knowledge in VBA/VB, SQL, Shell Scripting (Windows, Unix)
- Project experience with Front Office or Operations is beneficial
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Third Level Support
- Supporting ongoing business with training and expert application knowledge
- Maintaining data and existing feeds
- Managing incidents and service requests
- Analysing data outputs
- Managing releases
- Supporting knowledge transfer via documentation of code and documents in:
- Wiki/Confluence
- SVN
- JIRA
