* Develop product-specific US HEOR strategies, aligned with Global commercial strategy to support brand value propositions and secure market access/formulary acceptance of products for the Oncology, Virology, and Immunology therapeutic areas.
* Oversee the design and implementation of HEOR studies or economic models/tools to demonstrate economic and humanistic benefits.
* Develop effective and innovative communication strategies and deliverables for internal and external audiences to ensure effective delivery of brand value propositions.
* Review and provide input to brand plans and publication strategies to ensure a managed markets focus and maximal leverage of HEOR data in securing market access and market share.
* Support the incorporation of outcomes measures and HEOR data in pull through initiatives for disease management and managed markets marketing.
* Ensure alignment and integration of HEOR/Market access strategies and tactics with commercial brand plan and scientific platforms.
* Collaborate with the HEOR Executive Director to ensure the translation of HEOR research/strategies into effective communication tools for use by the MM field force.

This an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to come in and run a huge section of the current and pipeline portfolio. This is a growing group with a plan to scale over the next year.
