Text Mining Expert - Brussels

I am looking for a Text Mining Expert for a long term contract opportunity with my client in Brussels, Belgium.

The consultant will be expected to contribute to the tasks listed below:
Development and maintenance of software applications
Implementation of software requirements
Prototyping
Elaboration of test programs
Integration with other applications
Writing of technical documentation
Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system
Participation in meetings with project team

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Technical skills:
Experience in database definition and DTD/XSD schema
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments
Global understanding of science, technology and innovation
In depth knowledge of application development environments
Good knowledge of the design and development of web and multi-tier applications
Good knowledge of modelling tools
Knowledge of software development methodologies
Knowledge of relational database systems

General skills:
Excellent English.
Ability to participate in multi-lingual meeting.
Capability to work in a multicultural environment
Experience in text mining
