TETRA Systems Engineer (Dimetra/Support/Test/Senior/Telecom) - Our client requires an engineer with excellent technical understanding of the Dimetra TETRA solution to take the lead role in fault resolution and be a thought leader in support activities.
Applicants will have worked on large TETRA public safety solutions in a senior support capacity ie 3rd line or management and will be capable of explaining to external customers why faults have arisen and the steps taken to resolve the issues.
This role involves interfacing with test and engineering teams plus external clients where necessary, leading discussions on actions required to close cases and how to prevent future incidents.
This is a long term engagement forecast to last for 2 years+ and is a strategically important position. Only EU nationals can be considered due to security factors.
