IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Plan tests, test preparation, test executions, and monitor test activities and campaigns, including coordination with other managers, departments, leads and stakeholders
-Review requirements and specifications documentation to ensure clarity and testability
-Define the verification and validation strategy as well as the functional and non-functional test strategies of the product
-Define the test automation strategy as part of the overall strategy
-Control the Definition-of-Done regarding testing across all levels
-Ensure adherence of V&V activities to the agreed project milestones, quality standards, and to relevant QAPs, SOPs and Working Instructions
-Create and maintain and test cases for software in all lifecycle phases according to the provided documentation and within the specified tools
-Organize and coordinate together with development teams the required test environments
-Responsible for test supporting tools, e.g. HP ALM
-Execute test cases during preliminary and final test phases, analyze test results, report and track issues, and verify fixes

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Educated to degree level in Bachelor, Diploma, Master of Science or equivalent technical education in Engineering, Maths or Physics
-Professional experience in testing software applications as Test Manager and Software Engineer in Test
-Experience in software test automation and relevant strategy
-Experience with established Software Development Processes
-Experience with Testing Tools, e.g. HP ALM
-Experience with Software defect assessment, tracking and defect tracking tools
-Experience with test metrics and test result reporting
-Experience with test documentation management in a regulated environment, preferably Health Care Industry
-Skilled in building software that tests software either by coding or by integrating third party tools into our test suites
-Solid communication skills in German and English with external and internal stakeholders
