TESTING TOOL ANALYST AND DEVELOPER JOBS/TESTING TOOL ANALYST AND DEVELOPER NEEDED IN BRUSSELS

CONTEXT OF THE MISSION Payments (PAY) is one of four business division "Operations" of BNP Paribas Fortis. At PAY within Process
. In collaboration with the project, particularly that of the test phase, you build the technical environment of this phase, and imagine the creation of different tools;
. You participate in the implementation of these tools;
. You document these tools;
. You form testers, and support them during the various phases of testing;
. You are listening, in order to make changes to the tools to make them more efficient and effective
. As part of the application management
. You keep informed of the contents of the various releases of applications, you analyze the impact of changes on the different test tools, and adapt them so they cover the new features;
. If the need arises, you can imagine, and propose new tools to realize, as they would under a new project;
. You hold the tool documentation up to date;
. You train users of these tools (testers application management), and support during the various test phases.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
French and English are required (spoken & written). Dutch will be an advantage.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED LEVEL AND CONTENT OF EDUCATION
You hold a Bachelor or a Masters degree in IT or have equivalent
EXPERIENCE PERSONAL SKILLS MANDATORY:
Being creative in the replication needs of quality tests in a concept of tools (PC World) committed to excellence. Ability to work independently and take initiatives within a predefined framework while being a "team player". Ability to communicate seamlessly with stakeholder profiles and levels. Quality and precision in your work. dynamic and positive attitude. Have a sense of efficiency and organization. Appreciate the challenges and change. Competent to react quickly and adequately to new demands.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED MANDATORY:
You are experienced in Access and VBA or you are able to adapt quickly You have knowledge in OOP and technology. Net in general (VB, C #, DAO, ADO, LINQ)
PREFERABLE: Knowledge of Agile/XP is a plus
