* Testing Manager - Brussels - 12 months+.*
For one of RED's international clients, we're currently looking for a Testing Manager.
Duration: 12 months + extensions
Start date: ASAP
Location: Brussels
Language requirements: English + French OR English + Dutch
The main requirements are:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Test Manager and previous experience as a Tester
- Good passive knowledge in modelling applications and processes, functional analysis
- Good knowledge and experience in test process & methodology
- Setting up test strategies of projects
- Data and environment preparation
Functional experience required:
Mandatory: T-Map, ISTQB, Prince2, MS Office Tools
Preferred: ITIL, Cobol, DB2, SQL, .Net, Business Intelligence, HP ALM (Quality Center) & UFT (QTP) tools
Level of education required:
A master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Sciences or quantitatively oriented master's degree or equivalent by experience.
Personal Skills:
- Capable of working autonomously and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Dynamic, pragmatic, diplomatic
- Good communication and listening skills
- Methodical, structured and pro-active
- Problem Solver
