Testing Lead w/Client & Tax Reporting (CTR) (2645)

For a six month project at our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

TESTING LEAD W/CLIENT & TAX REPORTING (CTR) (2645) who is willing to work within the newly built Operations Change Group (OCG) with a project team that has been created to coordinate and implement the required changes for "Client & Tax Reporting (CTR)". The project consists of several sub streams for Design, Operating Model, Testing, Implementation and Migration.

Your main activities include:

- Coordinate with CTR Stream and PMO all testing issues as Single Point of Contact
- Act as interface between Streams and Group Operations testing stakeholders and coordinate Front-to-back (F2B) and end-to-end (E2E) tests
- Define and implement all test cases in the test system together with your team
- Manage the timely planning and execution of all test activities in an environment with a demanding daily business and given resource constraints
- Manage test resources and testing knowledge within CTR
- Report test status to CTR stream and PMO on a regular basis
- Achieve sign-offs within the given deadlines

To fulfil these tasks, we are looking for someone who has good understanding as well as the ability to analyse and drive for solutions within complex environments. The ability to deliver on time and in good quality is critical. Furthermore, it is key that you are able to act and manage in a global and demanding environment. The role demands skills and abilities to understand and strive business operating models, processes, technology infrastructure as well as regulatory frameworks. It covers the full project life cycle from concept, business requirement phase to testing, migration and implementation.

Furthermore you meet the following requirements:

- University degree or equivalent certificate
- Expertise in test methodologies and test management (ideally within the field of Client & Tax Reporting), test management tools like QC, JIRA, etc.
- Several years of business analysis, project management and experience in large-scale and multi-location projects, preferably in banking/IT environment
- Delivery focused, high-energy, hands-on and independent team player with leadership personality
- Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
- Well-developed communication skills in German and excellent oral and written English language supporting your assertiveness
- Ability to lead, mobilize and guide multiple stakeholders through all aspects of project life cycle
- Willing to perform to a high standard and demonstrate resilience to stress (oder "work peaks")
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy including confident manner to work in a global organization
