Testing Coordinator Job

TESTING COORDINATOR needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Testing Coordination experience
- Test Script creation/execution
- Requirements analysis

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Test Coordinator for Nuclear Merger Program projects.
- Monitors all testing activities for all project phases.
- Point of contact for all testing deliverables and provides clarifications to testing requirements.
- Leads defect triage meetings and ensures test scripts are refined to test defects during testing phases.
- Creates test scripts and executes test scripts.
- Ensures test planning and resources are in place to provide quality testing.
- Works with the requirement analysts to ensure all requirements have test cases.
- Normal work hours will be Mon - Thur 10 hours/day.
- Will need to do hands on testing; not looking for people who want to manage other testers -strong communication skills - experience producing defect reports - local candidates preferred

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- MUST HAVE STRONG COORDINATION EXPERIENCE.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Needs someone who can hit the ground running and is a self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical team members.
- Ability to develop test cases and perform test executions.
- Experienced with creating a traceability Matrix between business requirements and test cases.
- Experienced in the creation of a test strategy and test plans.
- Strong skills in MS Office

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experienced in HP Quality Center tool for script development and execution and defect management
