The Role:-
Testing coach needed to test the Delivery Setup Program, This Program is in charge of defining and rolling out the test process on my clients site, The Test coach will be responsible for assisting the Test Center Department head in establishing and implementing tools required to support properly test process. The Candidate will take the role of Coach in process and tools usage during the rollout. The candidate will also be required to make presentations to and train the other IT collaborators (Tester, Test Manager, PM, business analyst, developer) on tools and process usage.

Skills:-
*Demonstrated experience in Test management.
*Good knowledge of HP Quality Centre, knowledge of other test tools (Loadrunner, etc.) is an advantage.
*Knowledge of improvement methodologies. (Capability Maturity Model, T-MAP, Process, etc.)
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence team members, management and external groups. Innovative, outspoken and enjoy working in a team setting.
*Good analyses skill in order to translate business requirement in test case that are to be automated in tools.
*Needs to have good English (oral and written) and good French or Dutch (oral and written) communication skills needed for both technical and non-technical audiences.
*Team player and self-motivated individual capable of producing high quality work with a minimum of hands-on supervision. Organized, autonomous and detail oriented.
