Testing Analyst (Quality Assurance)

Role:

The role owner is responsible to assure software development quality in the test phase of Unit and System Integration from testing perspective. For dedicated projects test campaigns will be accompanied and tool support will be given. Documents such as Technology Solution Design Documents as well as Test Plans will be verified and reviewed.

Daily work is very much focused on communication to project, test leads and developers, to coordinate technical and end-to-end testing. The role will also contribute to test automation by feeding reusable test cases into the regression test set. As being part of test management, methodological support and guidance will be given to project testing teams.

Key Accountabilities:

- Ensure Testing Readiness and Testing Progress
- Deliver, review Test Plan
- Collect Test results, create Reports
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence
- Enrich regression pack with test cases from projects

Required Skills:

- JIRA (Xray)/Confluence (requirement-, test- and defect management)
- Tosca (test automation)
- Excel
- Solution and service oriented
- Ownership, own initiative and persistency
- Good social grace in contact with business and IT developers

- German and English spoken/written fluent

Required Experience:

- Banking and/or Finance industry
- > 2 years Software Testing/Unit Testing, E2E Testing
- Test automation experience with TOSCA
- Implementation Project experience
- Avaloq parametrisation (beneficial)
- Release Management Experience (beneficial)
