The Data Management Lead for Health Plan Test Services at Kaiser Permanente is responsible for managing test data across multiple test environments for the Tapestry AP project. The Data Management Lead will coordinate data needs for various testing groups, define naming conventions, and establish best practices for data usage shared across projects. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
Manage data requirements across environments 
Responsible for coordinating large volume of data needs for various test teams across IT and Business for the Tapestry AP project 
Coordinate with Test Environment Coordinator to understand environment activity (Epic version, refresh dates of interfacing systems) 
Responsible for creating data naming conventions 
Creates and Maintains data usage spreadsheet for various test teams (ITtakes an outside in perspective to identify innovative solutions 
Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations 
Effectivecommunicator across all levels from staff through senior leadership 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Preferred Experience: 
Excellent analytical skills with the proven ability to solve problems both in verbal and written communications 
Must be able to work cooperatively as part of a large or small local and remote testing team 
Excellent organization and planning skills; must be able to adjust priorities with changing needs of the project 
Required Education: 
BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE
