Testimony Takers with Customer Facing Banking Experience

TESTIMONY TAKERS WITH CUSTOMER FACING BANKING EXPERIENCE - BANKING - £300 - £350/DAY

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking TESTIMONY TAKERS WITH CUSTOMER FACING BANKING EXPERIENCE to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work in a highly respected organisation.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

- Management of formal face to face communication with customers as part of the file review process 
- Once files have been initially undergone a sophistication review, work with file reviewers to manage the customer testimony process      
- Note taking for testimonies as required
- Testimony case management reporting on an ad hoc basis
- Understand the full detailed file review process including the relevant aspects of the interest rate sales made to that client and whether they conformed to the relevant sales standard. This is to ensure that clarity and evidence can be sought when taking testimony as required
- Support the Information Gathering team during the information gathering  and sophistication testing phase of the review including aggregation and subjective sophistication testing, as required
- Individuals are required to meet the training and competence requirements for the role 

THE ROLE IS LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER FACING BANKERS WHO ARE AFTER PART TIME WORK - LIKELY TO BE A MINIMUM OF THREE DAYS A WEEK
