URGENT!
At the IT. Alliance Group we have a number of requirements for experienced Testers for a Dublin based customer. These positions are 6 month contract with a high probability of extending beyond.
We are looking for testers to be part of an ICT Integration Project. The testers will be required to carry out integration and user acceptance testing. This will be part of a business transformation programme.
THE PROFILE OF THE INDIVIDUAL WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Should be familiar and aware of a contact centre operation and its components, specifically Genesys outbound, inbound routing, MIS, wallboards, Avaya, IWS, and eService.
- Should be able to specify and work on the end to end test strategy, and then to break down that strategy to document end to end test cases.
- Should have an awareness of CTI and the operation between the Avaya and a 3rd part CTI solution (Genesys).
Will be expected to execute test cases and report via a dashboard successful test passes and failures. The tester should be able to describe the test failures in terms of defects and raise trouble tickets. Once defects are resolver the tester should then be capable of run regression testing.
SKILLS
These resources need experience of some or all of the following technologies - Genesys, Avaya, Verint
The testers must have experience of managing testing (integration, user acceptance) in contact centre environments - desirable in financial services
