Our Client is one of the leaders in their field, based in Stockholm, Sweden; in an English speaking office. They are starting a project to work on a new website that offers a cross- channel experience over different devices from smartphones over tablets to desktop web browsers.

They use a customized platform that is integrated as REST- services (SOA). The project will focus on the Front End development and use mostly existing platform technology. The project is aiming for a mid- 2013 release but can easily be prolonged as there is a much longer strategic plan defined.

The project team will be part of the Front End/CMS- team and we work in an agile/scrum environment.

Responsibilities
- Testing of implemented functions and designs (automated and manual tests)
- Develop and maintain automated function tests (unit tests)
- Ensure quality across all browser and target devices
- Ensure look & feel goal is met over different browsers and platforms
- Be able to help with the investigation of bugs and problems
- Help others in the team by sharing your expertise

Skills required
- Experienced, highly motivated professional
- Ability to drive communication and share knowledge
- Experience with testing "distributed applications" and API integrations
- Experience with testing and troubleshooting JavaScript
- Experience with testing on mobile devices
- Experience with different web browsers and their perks and shortcomings
- Experience working in an agile environment
