Tester London 400-500

Lead Agile QA Tester required by superb Financial Market Leader London 400-500 per day
Leader Tester for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lead tester to join a financial services leader and implement / change test as you see fit.

This QA Test Lead position is hands on, you will be responsible for test and software control, setting up test harnesses. stress testing and making sure this extremely important system is loop hole free.

As an automated and manual agile QA tester you will have extensive opportunity to innovate, try new techniques and the latest technology all in an environment that hugely values and rewards its people.

Agile QA Tester Automation Key skills required:

* Detailed understanding of fundamental QA and testing principles
* Ability to select and apply appropriate methods, approaches and techniques
* Possess a genuine interest in testing and improving personal QA knowledge as well as an interest in mentoring and sharing that knowledge
* The ability to work in a dynamic work environment that is continually changing with little supervision and challenging targets
* Good understanding of the software development process from inception to delivery
* Presentation skills
* Experience with the following:
1. Selenium / Cucumber /WATIR

QA Tester position Desired skills
* Experience with: Oracle, Jira, Confluence
* Formal software test training or test certification (e.g. ISEB)
* Creation of Test Harnesses
* Performance test experience
* Experience with Behaviour Driven Development
* Working with SCRUM, XP, Kanban or other agile methods
* Previous development experience
* Experience in training activities
