Tester/Functional Analyst - Time & Labour/Absence Management

My client, an international company in the bank sector is urgently looking for a PeopleSoft Tester/Functional Analyst - Time & Labour/Absence Management for the following mission:

PROJECT LENGTH: 3 months (extension possible)

LOCATION: Brussels

START DATE: Immediate

TITLE: PeopleSoft Tester/Functional Analyst - Time & Labour/Absence Management

SKILLS REQUIRED:

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

PERFORM SYSTEM TESTING, ASSIST IN FUNCTIONAL ACCEPTANCE TESTING AND USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING - THIS INCLUDES ACTIVITIES SUCH AS:

- Determination of the test requirements and test scenarios
- Design and development of test cases
- Organization of review of test cases
- Teaching how to use and to prepare test data
- Execution of manual testing, registration of test results and defaults
- Reporting of progress and test results
- Follow up of defaults during the life cycle
- Participate to project team meetings

EXPECTED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- In-depth functional knowledge of the modules PeopleSoft HR - Time & Labour/Absence Management
- Experience in testing: test preparation, test execution, test reporting, defect management
- Experience with HP Quality Center
- You have outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.
- You are communicative, assertive and able to present concepts and data in a structured and well-ordered way, and to present ideas diplomatically.
- You work in a methodological and structured way, and you pay attention to details.
- You respect deadlines, and you are able to set the right priorities.
- You are a team player and you enjoy working in various and dynamic teams.
- Stress management is an absolute requisite for this job.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
