Tester

Our client - a Federal Government Department based in North Ryde are looking for a number of Testers to join their team.

You will be supporting an existing team on a range of IT programs of work. You will be responsible for delivering a full range of testing activities and outcomes including Online, Batch and interface testing on a range of platforms.

THE ROLE

- Analyse specifications and changes required in order to successfully test the process
- Full test case production
- Raise defect reports and manage the re-testing of defect fixes
- Assist with planning of the testing process

THE PERSON

- Minimum of 5 years system testing experience involving complex business and technical specifications
- Demonstrated experience in writing and reviewing complex test manual cases
- Proven experience in defect management
- Experience in testing tools such as HP Quality Centre or HTM
- Ability to query databases using RC update, Hyperion or SQL
- Excellent communication skills

This is a federal government role and Australian Citizens will only be considered for this role.
