Tester

Our client, an international financial services company, is currently seeking an experienced Tester to work in their Brussels office. The key purpose of this role is to prepare and perform tests and candidates must have a minimum of 4 years experience as a Tester. Fluency in English, and ideally in French as well, is essential and Dutch language skills would be an asset.

KEY TASKS ARE:

Create test cases in HP ALM.

Prepare test data.

Perform test cases.

Register detected defects in HP ALM.

Report testing results to all stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Good understanding of SDLC

Good understanding of testing techniques

Skilled in test cases Scripting and execution

Ability to log defects and retest as and when required

Knowledge of HP ALM (Quality Center Edition)

Knowledge of SQL and Unix

ISTQB certification is an asset

Sense of priority, pragmatism

Result oriented: sets high standards, has high analytical skills and delivers accordingly, and takes actions to ensure that others do the same.

Testing experience for a technical migration project is an asset

Experience in integration testing, performance testing, regression testing

Experience in the Finance Industry (Asset Management) is an asset
