TEST PROCESS EXPERT WITH QA EXPERTISE FOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE TEST RAMP-UP

Job description/Overall position description with general areas of responsibility listed:

- Drive implementation and roll-out of company standard test processes based on TMAP in the Business Intelligence portfolio.

Identify and drive implementation of QA parts that must be in place for the test roll-out - For a selected BI project(s) in the portfolio, you will put in practice the test standards based on TMAP test framework working as Test Lead.

Specific Tasks to be performed during the engagement/Key Deliverables/Milestones :

- Define and implement basic QA framework to support test process
- Help implementing test framework based on TMAP in BI Portfolio
- For a selected BI project(s) in the portfolio, you will put in practice the standards as Test Lead.

For example, you will:

- Define the test strategy for features and for the project as a whole
- Define and execute the master test plan based on a risk based test approach

Module/technical skills required :

What development tools methodologies are to be used?:

- TMap, HP Quality Center, SharePoint, IBM/Rational Focal Point

Must have/mandatory skills:

Mandatory:

- TMAP/Business driven test Management proven experience or similar test framework.
- Improvement of test process in V-model and Lean Product Development (ie Agile)
- Change management during test process improvement
- Strong experience as Test Lead/Test Manager
- Extensive knowledge about test management tools (HP Quality Center)
- Experience with data centric application testing (eg Data bases, Datawarehouse)

Desirable:

- Test experience in BI, data warehousing
- Years of specific Experience with reference to Mandatory skills: 5
