Test Tools Manager

Test Tools Manager required for urgent telco company in the Netherlands

Required Experience:

* 2+ years as Test Tools Manager, 5+ years in Creating Test Tools.

* Preferably 10+ years in Testing roles.

Skills/technologies required:

* Must have ability to lead all Test Tools Specialists

* and interact with all supplier and user stakeholders.

* Must have focus on quality, be pragmatic, open-minded, internal-customer-focused, solution-oriented.

* Must have excellent strengths in mathematics, logic, common sense, design,

* Must have a sound track record of delivering to the satisfaction of the end-customers.

* Must have fluency in English

* Should have sound knowledge of test processes.

* Should have excellent understanding of Tmap-Next.

* Should have focus on Business value, customer-focused.

* Should have sound practical knowledge of promoting test tools and frameworks.

* Could have practiced all following test activities: manual and automatic test execution, test specification, test tools, data, and environment preparation and wrap-up, test coordination, full test plan creation and agreements negotiation.

* Should have strong communication and negotiation skills

* Should have excellent writing skills in English.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Coordinating and/or playing role of Test Specialist to assure consistency

* Playing the role of project manager for test tools projects with agreed business case.

* Proactively looking for new value adds to increase productivity and value of the Test Services, and making proposals to implement tools serving that purpose.

Delivering outputs such as: Specification on test tools, framework architecture, PID and other projects deliverables, Readiness for new testware versions, testware catalog, Shareware and market tools evaluation
