Test Technician (Mechanical)

Test Technician required for an Aerospace Manufacturing Company based in Bedfordshire with mechanical experience. As a Test Technician you will be performing a variety of duties in the mechanical or electromechanical areas. The ideal Test Technician will have an Aerospace background in Construction/Assembly of Composite Panel products. Other Test Technician roles will involve supporting the maintenance of the test lab and testing equipment and preparing the test set-up for galley systems, test fixtures and test articles. You will also be required to prepare test reports and maintain the test results. Machine shop environment in production tooling and materials handling would also be advantageous as you will be required to use manual lathes and mills. This role will initially be on days for 4-6 weeks and then move onto a night shift (1500hrs-0300hrs - Monday - Thursday). Technicians with a heavy mechanical bias would be ideal.
