Test Technician

Client on the Southern Sea Coast of New Hampshire seeks to add an experienced Test Technician to their staff. The Test Technician will perform all required tests, inspection, regulation, test, troubleshooting, and minor repair to verify quality and ensure products meet performance and appearance standards. This work activity will require comprehensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the mechanical and electrical assembly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Performs inspection, regulation, test, troubleshooting, and minor repair to ensure products meet performance and appearance standards
- Checks and replaces any bad or defective small parts as neededTroubleshoots other issues when they arise
- Monitors ADRE and DAQ for correct readings
- Inspects wiring, decal, alignment, mechanical, etc.Adheres to proper electrical standards
- Verifies that measurements are within specified tolerance
- Uses quality tools such as Statistical Process Control to lower defects

REQUIREMENTS

- High School Diploma or equivalent skills required.
- Worked as a Mechanical Technician II or an Electrical Technician II or higher
- 1 to 3 years of turbine manufacturing experience
