IHRE AUFGABEN:
-System Integration Tests (operational Vendor Management of off-shore SIT, quality spot checks on deliverables)
-Vendor KPI and SLA tracking
-User Acceptance Test (management, coordination, progress tracking, etc.)
-Evaluate delivered design documents
-Assist in writing scenarios if required
-Write test requirements and approach
-End-to-end management of the testing process
-Prepare test cases, data, and plans
-Manage issue tracking and analysis
-Compilation of concise status reports
-Generate and collect improvement opportunities
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Good Experience in testing of SAP HR applications (especially SAP PA/PY)
-Knowledge of People Soft applications
-HP ALM, HP Quick Testing Professional, HP Performance Center
-Project Test Management Experience
-Familiar with HR Organizations & processes
-Experience in managing on and offshore test teams
-Excellent command of the German and English language
