A global information technology company seek an experienced Test/Quality Assurance (QA) Solution Architect, ideally with banking industry experience.

The brief for the Test/Quality Assurance (QA) Solution Architect is as follows:

The Test/Quality Assurance (QA) Solution Architect provides the link between the solution design and the delivery of the physical test environments.  They add value by understanding the testing requirements and translating them into detailed environment designs, which allow the test environments to be built 'right first time'.  They will be experienced solution architects who are comfortable dealing with ambiguity, have supported testing of significant scaled and complex IT systems, and are willing to work at both an architectural level and drop into the technical detail when required.  The ideal candidate will have a broad technical experience covering both infrastructure and application disciplines, and will ideally have experience of performance testing, service virtualization, and test data management.

As Test/Quality Assurance (QA) Solution Architect, you will have:

- Ideally have STRONG Banking background.
- Good experience specifying and designing large or complex systems.
- Proven track record of selecting appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures.
- Good experience of end to end solution design.
- Good experience contributing to policy for selection of architecture components.

As Test/Quality Assurance (QA) Solution Architect, you will have excellent proficiency in architectural development methods such as TOGAF or Zachman and have a sound understanding of the banking domain.

The Test/Quality Assurance (QA) Solution Architect will have:

- Strong experience as an architect successfully managing stakeholders, projects and/or teams.
- Proven experience of complex, large scale solution designs & implementations/migrations.
- Strong leadership around heterogeneous solution design, improvement and ROI management.
