Test Projects Lead - Derivatives - London £50-55K

Leading Financial House is seeking a TEST PROJECTS LEAD to join their Test Automation team.

Currently a team of 9, they are looking to expand due to growth.

Automation testing is done in QTP and Python.

Your role will require you to be the lead on testing projects, ensuring delivery, following up of action points, control of prioritisation, following-up on test defects, looking at ways to improve the way they are currently testing and handling senior people.

This is not a technical position but you must have a background as in testing/QA. You must be extremely organised and be a confident person. You must be very enthusiastic and keen to focus on delivery.

You must have experience in Testing/QA, and some experience in managing projects through to deadlines.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has recently begun managing testing projects and is keen to take on more responsibility.

A background in financial markets is advantageous but not necessary. You must have experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

This is a permanent position based in the clients London offices, in the City.

My client is offering £50-55K plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.
