Test Manager with Insurance Experience

Test Manager with testing and project management experience wanted to coordinate the testing processes within an international insurance company in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Define the testing approach and strategy, plan the testing effort and leadership, control the subsequent testing execution
- Coordinate requirements towards test environments as well as the end to end testing activities across projects
- Design test cases, reporting test status and risk assessment, Defect Management
- Lead independently the business testing efforts for the various projects

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Minimum 3 years experience as test manager in insurance processes
- Expertise in test case design and test conception
- Advanced knowledge of software testing theories and practices
- Ability to manage the functional scope of business testing within the context of a delivery
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
