Test Manager SAP

For an existing contract with one of our direct clients we are urgently looking for a

Test Manager SAP (f/m)
Start: mid Jan 2015/Duration: 6 months/Location: Munich/ProjectID: 2002

As Test Manager SAP you will be responsible for the integrity and quality of SAP business processes in production.

Background:
With the enterprise-wide transformation project the client is structuring its IT services again.
Most of the previously-house developed applications will be replaces by the two standard platforms hybris and SAP and strategic own developments.
The program is currently in the implementation phase and will be completed by the end of 2015 after a six-month rollout phase.

Your Tasks:

Setting up testing team and testing strategy for SAP
Management the changes and transport controls are fully tested
Ensure quality of end to end process validation across web/social/mobile and transactional systems
Investigating issues, troubleshooting, identifying root cause, resolve issues across functional modules
Setting up and leading testing team
Selection of appropriate test methods and test environment
Test Coordination:
Monitoring and communication of test progress
Organizing and conducting the reviews of functional requirements, test specifications, technical concepts
Create test cases (logical and concrete) and test scenarios
Create status reports, evaluation and presentation of test results
Correct specification of test cases according specification
Advice on the optimization of processes relating to the requirement analysis/management and test case generation
Key person responsible for designing the testing methodologies
Responsible for drive testing best practices
Develop the testing model for SAP

Your profile:

At least 3-5 years' experience in SAP testing
Ability to review testing relates documents effectively (in terms of completeness and correctness) and add-value by optimizing the same
Experience in SAP ERP 6.0 SD and/or MM, FI/CO
Ability to prepare Test Plan Estimation techniques and estimation process
Knowledge on SDLC and testing process
Knowledge of Solution Manager
Experience in eCatt, Hybris, Ranorex, Confluence JIRA/Wiki will be a Plus
E-commerce and Retail knowledge will be nice to have
English fluently, German language skills will be advantageous
Business focused customer and service minded
Work with teams to ensure quality delivery
Self-motivated and have good awareness and appreciation of social and cultural differences
